MyIP

MyIP will retrive both your LAN IP and your WAN IP, LAN is your local address (for computers on the same network) and WAN is what the rest of the world sees. Most programs that show your IP will only show your LAN IP, because for the most part, before broadband and routers became commonplace at home people didn't have different LAN and WAN IPs.

Works as advertized. Saves me from launching IE to query the router for the IP address

Great! Does exactly what it says! <deleted the rest, was a long response to another user>

Works as advertised in both OS 9 and OS X native. Easy to use. Thanks

Internet Connect in 10.2.3 does not show my IP address. Maybe this is because I am on an Airport network. Oh, neither does the Network prefpane. Could I be blind? Anyway, MyIP is perfect. No more logging into hotline and then getting information on myself. Thank you for offering MyIP for free. *sends you good vibes.*

Yes! Works Great. My Cable provider has been so flakey lately this is quite useful to see if I have gotten disconnected or not. Beware of the Time Warners they may tell you your time has run out.
